The Firm –

Dunn Henritze LLP is a very unique small firm that specializes in tax, accounting and business advisory services primarily for ultra-high net worth families, including helping clients meet business and personal financial goals through consulting and financial plans. Our vast experience working with tax, accounting and business issues that surround the investments and businesses of ultra-high net worth client families, in a small, accessible and responsive, personalized setting, clearly sets us apart from other firms. Our firm truly has the “big firm expertise” with the “small firm personalized service”.

The firm is located on the 11th floor of the Tower at 215 high-rise in Old Town Fort Collins, Colorado. The firm has been known as Dunn Henritze LLP since 2013; Dunn, Henritze & Diehl, LLP (2002); and Dean Dunn & Assoc., LLC (1997).

The firm was formed in Old Town Fort Collins in early 1997 when Mike Henritze and Dean Dunn left Arthur Andersen LLP after seven and 14 years, respectively, working for the former big six firm in Denver, Colorado.

Our People –

All members of the Dunn Henritze LLP management team are CPAs. Our firm has two CPA partners with more than 75 years of combined experience. We also have three CPAs who are senior staff, manager and senior managers each with between five and 40 years of experience; and six additional staff, several of whom have CPA certifications in progress. We typically assign a partner or senior manager, a manager and a senior and/or other staff to a client. However, due to the timing of the compliance work deadlines, and the cohesiveness of our office environment, it is common to have many of our personnel pitching in and working on some aspect of each client. Client teams will be supervised by, and their work will be reviewed by the manager, and senior manager or partner assigned to the client. The partners and senior manager(s) will provide most of the consulting services.

Dunn Henritze LLP does not experience a lot of employee turnover. The firm philosophy is to treat employees how you’d like to be treated and they remain loyal and hard-working, with existing mutual respect. The firm has a relaxed professional atmosphere, where casual dress is always allowed, and flexible schedules exist for firm personnel. We own our suite in Old Town Fort Collins, and some personnel have been known to ride their bikes to work! The firm also provides health benefits, 401(k) that includes a company match, and other employee benefits.
